Why MemTrex

UK support. Real parts.
No guessing.

Every Amazon-direct Chinese RC brand will sell you a car. None of them will answer the phone when the drive shaft strips in week six. MemTrex is different — UK-registered, UK-stocked, with a real warranty backed by people you can actually call.

2-year chassis warranty

Real warranty, not Amazon's 30-day returns window. We'll fix or replace — no quibbles.

UK parts stocked in Lancashire

Every spare part in stock, 48-hour UK dispatch. No 4-week AliExpress wait.

Real humans, real help

What customers say

Customer reviews

★★★★★
"I've owned an MJX Hyper Go. The Pro feels more solid and the warranty actually means something. Knowing I can call someone in the UK if something goes wrong changes the buy decision completely."

★★★★★

"Bought the Standard for my 9-year-old. Spare suspension arm arrived next day when he snapped it. That's the difference."

★★★★★

"My 14-year-old has been outside every weekend since it arrived. Brushless motor is genuinely fast — not toy fast, actually fast."

Common questions

Everything you need to know

What is the difference between the MemTrex Standard and the Pro?
The Standard uses a brushed 390-class motor and reaches approximately 40 km/h. The Pro uses a brushless motor and reaches approximately 80 km/h from the factory, with a speed-unlock function for experienced drivers. The Standard suits children aged 7–13 and first-time buyers. The Pro suits teenagers 14 and over and adult hobbyists. Standard costs £69; Pro costs £149.
Are MemTrex cars hobby-grade or toy-grade?
Both MemTrex cars are hobby-grade. They have real drivetrain components — ball bearings, metal drive shafts, replaceable differentials — and a full UK-stocked spare parts supply. Toy-grade cars are sealed units with no parts catalogue. MemTrex cars have a spares range covering every wear component.
Do the cars come with batteries and chargers?
Yes. Both models are ready-to-run (RTR). The box includes the car, a LiPo battery, a USB charger, and a 2.4 GHz transmitter. The transmitter requires AA batteries (not included). After an initial charge of approximately 30 minutes, the car is ready to drive.
What is the UK warranty on MemTrex cars?
MemTrex offers two years on the chassis and six months on the motor and electronics. Spare parts are held in Lancashire and dispatched within 48 hours of order.
Can I get spare parts in the UK?
Yes. Every part — suspension arms, drive shafts, differentials, ball bearings, motor components — is stocked in the UK and available to order directly. Parts availability is committed for a minimum of three years from each model's launch date.
How fast do MemTrex cars actually go?
The MemTrex Standard reaches approximately 40 km/h. The MemTrex Pro reaches approximately 80 km/h from the factory; this limit can be raised via a five-press transmitter unlock, which is a standard hobby-grade feature — not a modification.
