Not happy? We'll sort it. 30 days to return for any reason. Free returns on any fault or defect.

If you're not satisfied, return your MemTrex within 30 days in its original condition for a full refund. If there's a fault, we cover return postage and prioritise your case.

Return for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Item must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility.

Statutory rights
Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund on goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. We cover return postage in these cases.

How to Return

Contact us first
Email support@memtrex.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty. We'll respond within 1 business day.

We confirm the return
We'll send a return authorisation with packaging instructions. For faulty returns, we'll include a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, we'll give you the return address.

Package and post
Pack the item securely in original packaging where possible. Include your order number inside the parcel. Drop off at your Post Office or DPD pickup point.

Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

What We Can't Accept Back

  • Items returned after 30 days without a pre-agreed exception
  • Crash damage or damage caused by misuse (covered under warranty exclusions — see warranty page)
  • Items missing original packaging and accessories when returned as change of mind
  • Spare parts that have been fitted or modified

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
