Who we are

MemTrex is a UK-registered direct-to-consumer brand operated from Lancashire. These terms govern any purchase made through memtrex.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Our email: store@memtrex.co.uk.

Orders and contract

An order placed on memtrex.co.uk is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order. Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store card details on our servers.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation (UK business days). Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Full shipping details are at memtrex.co.uk/shipping/.

Returns and consumer rights

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must notify us at store@memtrex.co.uk before returning goods. We offer a 30-day satisfaction return window. Full returns policy at memtrex.co.uk/returns/. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Warranty

MemTrex products carry a 2-year chassis warranty and 6-month electronics warranty. Full warranty terms at memtrex.co.uk/warranty/. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
